User Data Deletion

Last updated September 8, 2026

You can disconnect Chiang Mai Tennis Pages and request deletion of data associated with a connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account.

Option 1: Revoke access in Meta

  1. Open Facebook Settings and choose Business Integrations.
  2. Find Chiang Mai Tennis Pages.
  3. Select Remove and follow Meta's confirmation steps.

This immediately prevents new access through the revoked authorization.

Option 2: Remove the local connection

An authorized operator can open the App's Facebook control page and choose Remove local Page authorization. This removes the locally stored Page credential and stops future Meta processing from that connection.

Option 3: Request deletion

Email privacy@cmtennis.net with the subject "Chiang Mai Tennis Pages data deletion request" and include the connected Page or Instagram username. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will verify the request, delete or de-identify associated credentials and operational records within 30 days unless retention is required by law, and confirm completion by email.

Important: Removing the App does not delete posts or comments that were already published on Meta products. Those items can be managed directly from the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account.
