Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Chiang Mai Tennis Pages, a private tool for authorized operators of Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts.
1. Authorized use
You may use the App only for business assets you own or are authorized to manage. You must keep your account secure and comply with Meta Platform Terms, applicable law, and the rules of each connected platform.
2. App functions
The App may read Page or professional-account content, detect configured tennis-related keywords, prepare replies, and perform explicitly enabled engagement actions. Automation remains subject to operator controls, rate limits, duplicate prevention, and safety pauses.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Do not connect assets without permission.
- Do not use the App for spam, harassment, deception, scraping outside approved interfaces, or unlawful profiling.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform safeguards, access controls, rate limits, or review requirements.
- Do not use generated text without appropriate oversight where accuracy or context matters.
4. Availability and changes
The App is provided on an as-available basis. Platform APIs, permissions, and service availability may change. We may modify or suspend features to protect accounts, users, or platform compliance.
5. Responsibility
The operator remains responsible for connected assets and content published through them. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform outages or operator-configured actions.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by disabling monitoring, removing local authorization, and revoking the App in Meta settings. We may suspend access when required for security or compliance.
